How to make "Ruddy Pancakes"

Prepare the indicated foods.

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, pour in the yogurt, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Whisk everything with a whisk or fork.

Add sifted premium wheat flour and knead the pancake dough. It should remain liquid and not thick! Leave it aside for 15 minutes, then pour in the vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly.

Preheat a pancake pan, pour some of the dough onto it and fry it for 1 minute, then turn the pancake over to the other side and fry for the same amount of time.

Fold the finished pancake in four and put on a dish. In this way, fry the rest of the dough, creating ruddy pancakes. Serve them hot.
