How to make "Curd Cheese Cookies"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Pour kefir into a bowl, add cottage cheese and salt to taste. Punch with a hand blender until smooth.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, transfer to a bowl. Add 2 cups flour, baking powder.

Knead the dough with a spoon. As soon as the dough rolls into a lump and is difficult to mix, add another half glass of flour, add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and start kneading with your hands.

Roll the finished dough into a ball. It may stick to your hands slightly, but it is better to add excess flour to the work surface as a burner so as not to clog the dough.

Roll out the dough on a work surface. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top, roll lightly with a rolling pin.

Use a glass or cookie cutter to cut out any cookie shape.

Turn the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with paper or grease with plenty of oil. Transfer the prepared cookies. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-13 minutes. Consider the specifics of your oven.

Remove the finished cookies from the oven. Refrigerate. Warm biscuits have a slightly moist texture, but when the biscuits have cooled completely, the texture becomes flaky.

Serve the cookies with your favorite drinks. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
For cookies, it is better to take cheeses with a pronounced salty taste. If this is not the case, add salt to the dough so that it tastes. Otherwise, the cookies will be bland.
