Solyanka is certainly a very tasty and aromatic dish. At the same time, for its preparation, you can use any sausages, sausages, ham, boiled pork and any meat. It is prepared simply and relatively quickly, but it turns out no worse than in a restaurant. Salt the soup a little, given that there is enough salt in the sausage.

- Chicken drumsticks - 2 Pieces
- Milk sausages - 3 Pieces
- Raw smoked sausage - 150 Gram
- Salami - 150 Grams
- Pickled cucumber - 1 Piece (large)
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Olives - 10 Pieces (without pits)
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
How to cook "Solyanka like in a restaurant"
Prepare the ingredients for making the hodgepodge.
Wash chicken drumsticks, put in a saucepan and cover with water. Place the pot on the stove.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and remove foam. Boil the drumsticks until tender.
Finely chop the onions and pickled cucumber and place in a frying pan with sunflower oil.
Add tomato paste. Pour in 30 ml. water or broth and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the broth, separate the flesh from the bones and skin. Strain the broth. Add onion, cucumber and tomato paste to it.
Cut the sausages and sausages.
Place in a saucepan.
Add chopped boiled chicken.
Salt and pepper the solyanka, add bay leaf.
Boil the soup for 10 minutes. Add the olives at the end.
Solyanka is ready in a restaurant. Add a slice of lemon to each plate and serve.
