- Flour - 2.5 Cups
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Water - 2 Liters

How to cook "Rice Broth Pancakes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil rice in water until tender.

Drain the rice liquid. The broth will turn out to be about 1 liter.

Cool the rice water completely. If it is too thick, you can dilute it with water. Total liquid should be 1 liter.

Add flour, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and soda to the broth. Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush with butter and pour in the dough. Bake pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
