How to cook "Pollock Heh"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel the fish and cut the finished fillet into slices.

Place the fish in a bowl.

Add onions, cut into half rings.

Then add the carrots, which you grate on a Korean style carrot grater. Add salt, seasoning.

Pour in the soy sauce.

Pour in the vinegar.

Pass the garlic through a press.

Heat vegetable oil almost to a boil, add it to the previous ingredients. Mix everything well. Leave the pollock heh for 3-5 hours.
