How to make "Carrot Pie Pie"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar until foamy. Add carrot cake.

Add oil and tincture.

Add raisins and chopped walnuts.

Add orange zest and juice with pulp from half an orange.

Pour in whole grain flour and slaked soda with vinegar. Mix everything well.

Transfer the dough to a silicone mold and level the layer. To prevent the dough from sticking, wet your hand with water. We bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
