How to make Masala Coffee

Prepare your ingredients. The coffee must be ground just before cooking, it will be more aromatic.

Heat the spice seeds (cloves, peppers, cumin) in a dry skillet.

Grind the heated seeds in a coffee grinder.

Combine ground spices with powdered spices, this is the spicy base "Masala".

Pour water into the Turk, add 2 teaspoons of ground coffee and 1 teaspoon of the spicy mixture "Masala", put on a low heat, brew coffee: bring to a boil three times, until the "cap" starts to rise, raise over the fire to the hat sat down and repeat twice more.

Pour sugar into milk and heat.

Pour the Turkish coffee into the glasses first.

Then pour in the warmed milk with sugar. The coffee turned out to be extraordinary, aromatic, spicy, piquant and slightly spicy, just what you need on a cold winter morning!
Chef's advice:
Store the prepared spice mixture in a sealed glass container. It is better to grind the coffee beans before preparing the coffee to make it even more aromatic.
