How to make "Homemade mayonnaise with boiled yolk"

Prepare all ingredients.

Add mustard to the yolk and grind everything until smooth.

Pour milk and vegetable oil into a blender glass (they should be at the same temperature). Add salt, sugar and lemon juice here. Press the dipping knife to the bottom of the glass and start beating everything at maximum speed (the knife can only be torn off the bottom when the mixture becomes noticeably homogeneous. Continue beating until completely homogeneous.

Gradually add the yolks and beat until all ingredients are combined. The mayonnaise turns out to be quite thick and, of course, the taste cannot be compared with the store one. Any additives such as herbs, etc. can be added if desired.

It is necessary to store mayonnaise in the refrigerator, I do not do much, because you can always quickly prepare a new and fresh batch. Enjoy your meal!
