I reduced the ingredients and baked a sponge cake in a small form measuring 18 cm in diameter, if you have a larger form, then increase the ingredients on the list exactly twice. The height of the biscuit in the form of 26 cm will be 4 cm, and in the form of 24 and less it will be larger, respectively.

- Sugar - 75 Grams
- Flour - 50 Grams
- Starch - 50 Grams

How to cook "Candied Fruit Biscuit"

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat eggs with sugar until they increase in volume by 2-3 times.

Add vanillin, flour, starch and baking powder.

Stir the dough with a spatula and add the melted and cooled butter.

Stir again and add candied fruits.

Pour the dough into a baking dish. I preliminarily cover the form with paper, I don't smear the bottom and sides with anything. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.

Cool the finished sponge cake with candied fruits on a wire rack, then cut and serve.
