Cooking description:
This recipe is probably the easiest option, provided you have Worcestershire sauce available. If there is none, you will have to look for a more complex option. It is better to take regular tomato ketchup so as not to interrupt the flavor of the sauce. If the sauce is thick, add some more wine. And if it seems a little sour, add a little sugar and salt to taste.

How to make Currywurst

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the sausages on all sides. I took regular sausages, peeled and cut across the entire surface. Transfer the sausages to a plate.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a hot skillet after the sausages for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Add tomato ketchup to the onion pan.

Pour the Worcester sauce into the skillet.

Add curry powder to the skillet.

Pour in white wine and stir.

Cook the sauce over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring.

Remove the sauce from the stove and pour over the sausages. Sprinkle curry powder on top, but I don't. Sharpness is enough for us. Enjoy your meal!
