How to cook "Salmon with rice in the oven"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Peel, rinse and dry the carrots and onions. Cut the onion into cubes, cut the carrots into cubes.

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add all prepared ingredients, fry for 3-4 minutes.

Transfer the cooked salmon and vegetables to an ovenproof container. Boil the rice until half cooked, transfer to the mold.

Add salt, ground pepper to all the ingredients, mix and pour in the cream. You can also add some water. Seal the form with foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
