Cooking description:
The taste of jelly has a controversial taste and is not for everybody, so add directly to the glasses with a spoonful of honey. This will only improve the properties of the drink.

Ingredients:
- Oat flakes "Hercules" - 50 Grams
- Beets - 140 Grams (raw)
- Prunes - 100 Grams (pitted)
- Water - 1.3 Liters (boiling water)

How to cook "Kissel from rolled oats, prunes and beets"

Prepare the required ingredients. Boil water.

Put the hercules in a saucepan or other container, pour 500 ml. boiling water and leave for 25 minutes to swell the cereal.

Wash the prunes and cut into strips.

Wash the beets thoroughly, grate on a coarse grater.

Take a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Pour the swollen oatmeal, chopped prunes, grated beets into it and pour 800 ml. boiling water. Put on the slowest heat. After boiling, cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the finished jelly from the heat.

Strain through a sieve. Do not throw away the thick, it can be seasoned with vegetable oil and served for breakfast.

Pour the kissel, cool until warm and serve as a separate dish.
