How to make Banana Kefir Smoothie
Prepare the ingredients for a banana kefir smoothie.
Pour kefir of any fat content into a bowl for whipping smoothies (I have a glass from a blender). If you want to get a more dietary drink, use kefir 0-1% fat.
Add ripe banana cut into pieces to kefir.
Add honey for sweetness.
Whisk in the smoothie with a hand blender.
Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve.
