Cooking description:
Pumpkin juice is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is especially beneficial for the liver. The orange color of pumpkin is due to the presence of a large amount of beta-carotene, which our body converts into vitamin A. Juicing is very simple with a juicer. The less it is cooked, the more benefits. Natural juice can be slightly diluted with boiled water. Add sugar to taste. You don't have to put it at all when you come across a sweet pumpkin variety.
