- Agave Syrup - To taste

How to make Quinoa Milk

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the quinoa. Transfer to a jar, cover with water and leave for 8-12 hours.

Drain the water, rinse the cereal. Transfer the cereal to a saucepan, add water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and reduce the temperature to minimum. Cook the quinoa for about 20 minutes, until all the water has evaporated.

Cool the quinoa completely.

Transfer the cereal to a blender, add water, salt, vanilla syrup and agave syrup. Grind for a few minutes until smooth.

Strain the milk through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

The quinoa milk is ready!
