You can take any meat, any smoked sausage. Add beer instead of wine. Put potatoes or do without them. This also applies to spices. Following European recipes, juniper berries are put into shukrut, but this exotic is not always available in supermarkets. And without the juniper, it turns out unusually fragrant and incredibly tasty.

  • Pork - 400 Grams (pulp)
  • Bacon - 100 Grams

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel, wash and chop the onions. Place in a cauldron or a heavy-bottomed saucepan.

Pour in sunflower oil and fry the onion until translucent.

Place the bacon in a saucepan.
