Making a jellied sour cream pie is very simple. The pastries are hearty and perfect for both a full breakfast and a snack throughout the day. The filling can be very diverse, today I have an option with boiled eggs and fresh herbs. The ingredients are the most affordable, take note of the recipe!

Ingredients:
- Sour cream - 0.5 cups (glass 300 ml.)
- Egg - 1 Piece (in dough)
- Soda - 1/3 Teaspoon
- Flour - 100 Grams
- Sesame - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Boiled egg - 4-5 Pieces (in the filling)
- Green onions - 1 Bunch (to taste)
- Dill - 1 Bunch (to taste)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
Servings: 8-10
How to make Sour Cream Jellied Pie

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine sour cream, egg, baking soda and 0.5 tsp in a deep bowl. salt.

Mix everything and add flour.

Stir again until smooth. The dough is ready.

For the filling, combine diced boiled eggs and chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Lubricate a baking dish (mine is 18 cm in diameter) with oil. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Pour about half of the dough and spread the filling evenly on top.

Pour the remaining dough over the filling and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Sour cream jellied pie is ready.

It can be served both warm and cold. Enjoy your meal!
