How to make "Salmon Ridge Soup"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Put the ridges of the salmon in a saucepan and fill it with water. Bring to a boil and remove the foam.

Add chopped potatoes and onions to the pan.

Add chopped carrots.

Cooking everything together. Then add salt and bay leaf. The soup is ready in about 30 minutes.

Pour the soup into plates. Remove the salmon ridges on a flat plate. Remove the bones, add the fish pieces to the soup bowls. It remains to pepper to taste. Done! Enjoy your meal!
