You can make Monastyrskiy cake not only on fast days, but also on ordinary weekdays. The baked goods are tender, aromatic and very tasty - they will decorate any table. The name speaks for itself, the composition of the cake is rather modest, but the result will certainly delight you. Take note of the recipe! You can use absolutely any jam, both with whole berries, and in a twisted form, from my gooseberry.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 300 Grams
- Sugar - 0.5 cups
- Baking dough - 10 grams
- Cinnamon - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Strong tea - 1 Glass (warm)
- Jam - 3 tbsp. spoons (any)
Servings: 8-10
How to cook "Monastyrsky Cupcake"

Prepare all ingredients.

Brew strong tea, let it cool, add jam and stir.

Combine cinnamon, flour, sugar and baking powder in a deep bowl.

Add cooled jam tea and butter.

Mix everything until smooth.

Pour the dough into a baking dish. Lubricate the bottom and sides with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

The Monastyrsky cupcake is ready.

Sprinkle icing sugar on the cake before serving. Enjoy your meal!
