How to cook "Moscow-style sauerkraut"
Prepare your ingredients.
Chop the white cabbage into strips, use a sharp knife or cabbage grater.
Grate the peeled sweet carrots.
Mix cabbage with carrots, put in an enamel or glass dish.
Add salt and stir again.
Cover the bowl more tightly, you can use a small plate or lid. Leave the cabbage to ferment on the table for 2 days, then put it in the refrigerator for another two days.
