How to make Finnish Apple Pie
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the cake. Chop the almonds. Wash the apples.
Combine soft butter and icing sugar in a bowl for making the dough. Whisk until fluffy. Then add eggs to the dough. Stir.
Then add starch, baking soda, cinnamon and chopped almonds to the dough. Stir the dough well so that the nuts are evenly distributed throughout the mass.
Prepare a baking pan. It is best to take a split form and cover the bottom with baking paper. Pour the finished dough into a mold.
Cut the apples into slices and spread over the entire surface of the pie. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of the cake. Place the pie in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
The finished cake will turn golden brown. Remove from the mold and cool slightly.
Place the pie on a plate and serve.
Enjoy your tea!
