Prepare your ingredients.
Boil chicken fillet in salted water, cool for 15 minutes, then divide into fine fibers.
Chop the pickled mushrooms, cut into medium pieces. I used butter, but you can use any mushrooms, such as champignons or honey mushrooms.
Grate boiled chicken egg and cheese on a fine grater.
Boil and cool potatoes and carrots. Peel and grate vegetables.
Lay out the salad in layers: chicken, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots. Coat each layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Lightly salt a layer of chicken and potatoes.
The finishing layers are eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. You can add a little salt to the eggs.
