Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
- Ginger Root - 10 Grams
- Champignons - 150 Grams
- Soy sauce - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Starch - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters

How to cook "Zucchini in Sweet and Sour Sauce"

Prepare the ingredients for making the sweet and sour zucchini.

Peel, wash and chop the onions. Place in a skillet with vegetable oil.

Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into halves. Add to the onions in the skillet.

Simmer the zucchini, stirring for 7-8 minutes. After the mushrooms, wash, cut not very finely and add to the pan with zucchini and onions.

Simmer mushrooms with zucchini for another 5-6 minutes until tender. Add chopped ginger root and garlic.

Prepare the sauce. Pour soy sauce into a bowl and add starch, stir.

Add sugar and vinegar.

Pour the prepared sauce over the zucchini with mushrooms and stir. Try and salt the dish if necessary.

Zucchini in sweet and sour sauce are ready. I served them with boiled rice. Very tasty!
