- Smoked chicken - 300 grams (fillet)

- Butter - 50 grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste

How to cook "Rice with smoked chicken"

Prepare all ingredients.

Dice the onion and grate the carrots.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

Add washed rice.

Fry the rice, stirring for 2-3 minutes, until it is well saturated with oil.

Pour in a glass of hot water or broth. Add salt and spices to taste (I have for chicken). Stir and cook over low heat, covered, until the rice is completely cooked. In the process, as the liquid is absorbed, it is necessary to add it, and stir the rice with a spoon or spatula.

When the rice is almost ready, add the chopped chicken fillet (I have a breast). Bring the dish under the lid over low heat until cooked through. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the rice steep for another 10-15 minutes.

Rice with smoked chicken is ready.
