How to make "Smoothie with buckwheat"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Soak buckwheat in warm water for 20 minutes, after rinsing the groats and sorting, removing the burnt grains.

After that, drain the water from the container, and send the swollen cereal to the blender bowl.

Pour walnut kernels there.

Add sugar or flower honey to taste. Honey can be added at the beginning of cooking, as the drink does not lend itself to heat treatment. Peel the banana, cut the pulp into circles into a container.
