How to make Nachos Corn Chips

Prepare all ingredients.

Sift corn and wheat flour into a large bowl. Stir. Add salt and all the spices.

Pour in the oil, stir gently with a fork.

Pour in water gradually. The dough should feel like wet sand and not be too sticky. Add more water or flour as needed.

Roll out the dough as thin as possible, heat with a fork. Slice into triangles. It is more convenient to do this with a pizza knife.

Fry in a large amount of oil.
