- Spinach - 80 Grams
- Pumpkin - 150 Grams
- Apple - 1 Piece
- Dried cranberries - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon

How to make Raw Pumpkin Salad

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the spinach, dry, transfer to a bowl.

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices with a vegetable peeler.

Wash the apple, remove the seeds, cut into thin slices.

For dressing, combine lemon juice, mustard and olive oil.

Season the salad, salt and pepper. Add dried cranberries, stir.
