Ingredients:
- Pumpkin - 500 Grams
- Sugar - 60-80 Grams
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Agar-agar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Water - 3-4 Art. spoons (for agar-agar)

How to cook "Pumpkin marmalade"

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel and seed the pumpkin, then cut into cubes.

Transfer to a saucepan, fill with water so that it only covers the pumpkin. Cook until soft, about 10-15 minutes after boiling.

Drain, then blend the pumpkin until smooth.

Add sugar and lemon juice and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir constantly, the puree should thicken.

Add agar agar diluted in water. Heat the mixture for another 2 minutes, but do not bring it to a boil.

Pour the puree into a mold. Leave to freeze.

Then you can cut the marmalade into pieces.

Pumpkin marmalade is ready.
