- Bulgarian pepper - 4 Pieces
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Basil - 1 Teaspoon (dry or fresh)
- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp spoon (can be replaced with any other vinegar or lemon juice)
- Salt - 1 Pinch (or to taste)
- Granulated Sugar - 1 Pinch (or to taste)
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
How to cook "Garlic Baked Peppers"
Prepare your ingredients.
Pour some olive oil into a baking dish.
Place the peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Bake until soft, lightly baked sides of the pepper will only add flavor.
Fold the still hot peppers into a bag, tie and let cool to room temperature.
Peel and seed peppers.
Put the peeled peppers back into a baking dish, season with salt and sugar.
For dressing, chop the garlic, add basil to it.
Pour in vinegar, olive oil, add black ground pepper.
Pour the prepared dressing over the pepper and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Serve the baked peppers with garlic both warm and chilled, they will be equally good.
