Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1 Piece (head of cabbage)
- Potatoes - 2-3 Pieces
- Carrots - 1-2 Pieces
- Chili Pepper - 1/2 Piece
- Onions - 1-2 Pieces
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Ginger Root - 20-30 Grams
- Peanuts - 50-60 Grams
- Coconut Milk - 1 Can
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Zira - 1 Art. the spoon
- Turmeric - 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste

How to cook "Navratan korma"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into neat slices. Divide the cauliflower into florets. Bake in the oven until almost done.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add cumin seeds. Cook until the cumin sizzles. Add chopped onion in half rings and nuts. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Add grated ginger, chili and garlic. Add turmeric and stir. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add baked vegetables. Pour in coconut milk, cook for 5 minutes. Add ground coriander, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
