Cooking description:
Any novice cook can make lemon cookies on kefir. Fiddle with the dough minimum, and the result is very decent. The cookies are fragrant and very tasty, they will appeal to both children and adults. Serve with tea, coffee or a glass of cold milk.

Ingredients:
- Kefir - 120 Grams
- Butter - 100 grams
- Sugar - 100 Grams (and a little more for the filling)
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 300 Grams
- Lemon - 1 Piece (zest)

How to make "Lemon Kefir Cookies"

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine soft butter and sugar. Grind everything with a fork until smooth.

Add kefir, salt and soda.

Stir and add flour in portions.

Knead a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle 2-3 mm thick. on an oiled surface. Brush the dough with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar to taste and lemon zest.

Roll the layer into a roll and pinch at the seam.

Cut the roll into pieces, 2-3 cm wide and transfer the blanks to a baking sheet covered with parchment. On top of each roll, press a little with your hands. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until lightly browned.

Kefir lemon cookies are ready.
