How to cook "Tomatoes with Cream Cheese and Garlic"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut off the caps from the vegetables and cut the flesh inside with a knife, and then remove it with a teaspoon. Use non-juicy varieties of tomatoes, you can even stuff cherry tomatoes.

Peel the processed curds from the foil. Optionally, you can purchase processed cheese in a large tube instead. Grate the curd cheeses on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them in water. Press into a container for processed cheese. Salt and add any fat content mayonnaise. If possible, use garlic mayonnaise and you will not need to add fresh garlic. Mix the filling gently in a bowl.

Stuff the peeled tomatoes with the filling, spreading just above the edge of the vegetables.

Garnish with fresh herbs and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then serve.
