Ingredients:
- Apples - 3 Pieces
- Flour - 300 Grams
- Sugar - 50 Grams
- Kefir - 120 Milliliters
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Cinnamon - 1 Pinch
- Soda - 1/3 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Butter - 30 Grams
- Salt - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Pies with apples on kefir"

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour kefir into a bowl for kneading dough, add soda, an egg, vegetable oil, half of the sugar of the total according to the recipe, or 1 tbsp. spoon with a slide, add a pinch of salt.

Add sifted flour in parts, knead the dough. Can be kneaded with a mixer using a hook attachment.

While you are filling, let the dough "rest" for 15-20 minutes in the bag.

Cut the apples into small pieces. To peel or not, decide for yourself. Add the remaining sugar, cinnamon, stir.

Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, roll into a ball.

Roll the dough into a layer, put the filling in the center, pinch the edges.

Place the patties on a baking sheet. These pies can be fried in vegetable oil or baked in the oven.

Bake the pies for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Brush the finished pies with melted butter.

The cooled pies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
If you fry the pies, and not bake, then you will not need butter, and the consumption of vegetable oil will increase.
