- Puff pastry - 400 grams (yeast-free)
- Minced meat - 350 grams (pork and beef)
- Onions - 1.5 Pieces (medium size)
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste (black, ground)

How to make "Puff pastry dumplings"

Prepare the required ingredients. Defrost the puff pastry beforehand.

Transfer the minced meat to the bowl. In a blender, grind the onions into gruel and add to the minced meat. Season with salt, add pepper to taste.

Mix the minced meat thoroughly, beat it a couple of times on the bottom of the bowl. Set aside.

Take puff pastry. If it is a roll, then cut it in two halves. Take one piece of the test. Roll it out thinner. Use a glass to cut out the circles. Roll the dough scraps into a ball and repeat the process.

Pierce the circles in several places with a fork.

Spread the minced meat. One heaped teaspoon for one piece.

Make dumplings in the usual way. Fasten the edges carefully so that the juice does not leak out during baking.

Turn the oven 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Place prepared dumplings a short distance apart. Pierce the dumplings again with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After the time has passed, remove the baking sheet with dumplings. Cool slightly to remove from the sheet without damaging it.

Serve warm dumplings.
