"Wet" chocolate cake is very easy to prepare, but the result will exceed all your expectations. Moderately moist cake goes well with sour cream. Put sugar in the dough and powdered sugar in sour cream to taste. I'm not a fan of sugary cakes, so I indicated the amount in my opinion. If it is not possible to purchase fatty sour cream, buy it with a 15-20% fat content and put it in a sieve with gauze. Place the sieve in a bowl. Send it all in the cold for 7-8 hours or overnight. In the morning, get a chic, thick sour cream. For 450-500 ml. thick sour cream will need 700 ml. store, 15-20% fat.

- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Sunflower oil - 60 Milliliters
- Cold water - 150 Milliliters
- Wheat flour - 220 grams
- Cocoa - 2 Art. spoons
- Sour cream - 500 Milliliters (in cream, 30-35% fat)
- Powdered sugar - 5-6 Art. spoons (in cream)
- Vanilla sugar - 5 grams (in cream)
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon (in the dough)

How to make Wet Chocolate Cake

Prepare the ingredients for making the cake.

Break eggs into a bowl and add sugar.

Beat the eggs and sugar well with a whisk or mixer.

Pour in refined vegetable oil.

Pour in water. It should be cold or room temperature.

Add baking soda quenched with vinegar or lemon juice. Gradually add flour and stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

Sift the cocoa and add to the dough.

Stir the dough well again.

Bake the cake in the oven at 170-175 degrees for 35-40 minutes. The oven should be preheated. The baking time depends on your oven. Check readiness with a dry wooden stick. You can bake a cake in a multicooker in the "Baking" mode. I did so.

Prepare cake cream. Put the fatty sour cream in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk with a mixer or blender whisk until fluffy, stable and smooth.

Remove the cake from the mold, cool and cut into two pieces lengthwise. Layer the cakes with cream, and brush the sides of the cake.

Decorate the cake to your liking. I poured melted chocolate over the top of the cake. The sides were sprinkled with chopped biscuits.

The "wet" chocolate cake can be eaten straight away without waiting for it to soak. But after a few hours it will become even tastier.
