How to cook "Sauerkraut soup with millet"
Prepare the ingredients for cooking the cabbage soup.
Pour broth into a saucepan and add sauerkraut. Place on the stove and cook for 25-30 minutes until the cabbage is soft.
At the same time, peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Put in another saucepan, cover with water and cook until tender.
Peel carrots and onions, wash and chop finely. Place in a skillet with refined sunflower oil.
Simmer vegetables lightly without frying them.
Then put in a saucepan with sauerkraut.
At this stage, you can add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
