- Italian Herbs - 1 Teaspoon

How to cook "PP oven baked mackerel"

Prepare your ingredients.

Prepare a fillet of mackerel, removing the head, tail and bones, rinse and dry with a paper towel.

Sprinkle a baking dish or a grill pan with olive oil, put the fish skin side down on it, sprinkle with lemon juice, place vegetables cut into large pieces next to it, lightly salt, sprinkle with fragrant dry herbs. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

After 20-25 minutes, turn the fish over the other side, gently turn the vegetables over so that they are also baked on all sides, add salt. Bake for about 20 more minutes.

Serve mackerel with baked vegetables. You can lightly sprinkle the fish with lemon juice before serving. It's delicious and healthy!
