For pizza lovers, I advise you to always keep a pack of puff pastry in the freezer. You can cook pizza on puff pastry with any filling, today I have sausage, mushrooms and cheese.

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry - 250 Grams (I have yeast-free)
- Sausage - 100 Grams
- Cheese - 70 Grams
- Champignons - 50 Grams
- Oregano - 1 Teaspoon
- Ketchup - To taste
- Mayonnaise - To taste

How to cook "Pizza on puff pastry"

Prepare all ingredients. Remove the dough in advance and defrost it at room temperature.

Roll out the dough to the size of the mold, gently transfer and cut off excess edges if necessary.

Brush the dough with ketchup and mayonnaise sauce and sprinkle with oregano on top.

Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top and add the diced and sausage.

Arrange the sliced mushrooms in random order.

Sprinkle everything with the remaining grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
