The recipe is maddeningly simple and is made from those ingredients that can be easily purchased in a store or supermarket: lavash, butter. Apart from these two products, you will not need anything else. The main thing is to wind the strips of pita bread on metal tubes so that the holes remain wide, otherwise you will not pull out the rod after baking - the tube will break.

How to cook "Pita rolls"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Expand the lavash on the work surface and cut it into ribbons 10-15 cm wide - this will be the length of the tubes. Wrap the ribbons two or three times on a metal tube or rod, foil blanks, cut off the rest of the ribbon and place on a baking sheet or in a mold with the seam down.
Melt the butter slightly and brush over the lined straws. Place the baking sheet in the oven.
Bake for about 10 minutes and turn off heat. Remove the mold, cool the dish slightly and carefully remove each metal rod until the straw is completely cool. As soon as it cools down, it will break and you will not be able to get the metal workpiece.
Put the finished pita bread rolls on a plate and fill them with whatever you see fit. In any case, the dish can be made both sweet, stuffing them: with whipped cream, jam, jam, and unsweetened: pate, salads, cold cuts.
