- Cucumber - 1-2 Pieces (fresh)
- Sausage - 200 grams (smoked)
- Corn - 300 Grams (canned)
- Egg - 4 Pieces
- Dill - 1 Bunch
- Starch - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Water - 2 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
How to cook "Favorite salad"
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine eggs, starch and water in a deep bowl. Add chopped herbs and salt to taste. Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer until smooth.
Use this mixture to make pancakes in a greased skillet.
Turn the finished pancakes as soon as they grab, then put them in a pile.
Cut the finished stack of pancakes in half, then chop into strips and transfer to a deep bowl or salad bowl.
Add the sausage cut into small strips.
Cut the cucumbers into small strips.
Add the corn after draining all the liquid.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, add garlic passed through a press, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
