How to make "Wolf's Apple Pie"
Prepare the required ingredients. Defrost the dough in advance.
Peel apples and seed pods. Cut into wedges.
Melt the butter in a deep skillet.
Transfer the apples to the skillet. Fry the apples over medium heat until soft, but do not let the slices turn into "porridge".
Add cinnamon at the end of frying.
Add honey and stir gently. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, combine sour cream and eggs.
Add the apples along with the juice that came out during frying.
Take a form with borders. Lubricate with oil. Roll out the dough over the diameter of the mold. Put in a mold. Pin the bottom with a fork.
