Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 150 grams (boiled)
- Prunes - 70 Grams
- Salmon - 120 grams (lightly salted)
- Adyghe cheese - 80 grams (or hard)
- Sweet pepper - 50 Grams
- Pickled onions - 30 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Winter Night Salad"

Prepare the necessary ingredients, boil the potatoes in advance, marinate the onions in vinegar.

Cool and peel the potatoes, grate on a medium grater and put in the salad in the first layer.

Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise. Then grease each layer with a small amount of mayonnaise.

Cut the salmon into small pieces, put on top of the potatoes.

Grate hard or Adyghe cheese on a medium grater and put on top of the fish.

Place the next layer of prunes, cut into small pieces.

Place chopped and pickled onions on top of the prunes.

Cut the bell peppers into small strips and lay on top of the salad - this will be the final layer.

Serve the salad to the table. Good appetite!
