- Lemon - 1 Piece
- Flour - 1.5-2 Cups
- Sugar - 0.5 cups
- Baking powder - 0.5 teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 5 Art. spoons (I use coconut)
- Powdered sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon

How to make Lean Lemon Cookies

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the lemon into small pieces, remove the seeds, put them in the blender bowl.

Grind the lemon as small as possible.

Transfer the crushed lemon to a mixing bowl, add sugar, vegetable oil.

Mix flour with baking powder.

Add flour to lemon mass, knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a layer approximately 0.7-0.8 cm thick. Cut out any cookie shape.

Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet.

Bake the cookies in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

After the cookies have cooled to room temperature, they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with tea or coffee. The cookies turned out with a pleasant refreshing sourness, tasty, moderately crumbly, not very sweet. I recommend cooking!
