The salad can be served with any side dish, especially mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes. Any fresh greens will do: parsley, green onions, dill, celery, cilantro - choose it according to your taste. Do not forget to add ground black pepper when frying, it reveals the mushroom aroma brighter. If desired, mushrooms can be fried in advance and stored in the refrigerator, and seasoned with sour cream just before serving.

- Champignons - 400 Grams
- Sour cream - 4 Art. spoons (any fat content)
- Green Onions - 0.5 Bunch
- Parsley - 0.5 Bunch (fresh)
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 3 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 Pinches
How to cook "Salad with fried mushrooms"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Rinse the mushrooms in water, rinsing off dirt and soil. Cut into slices. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add mushroom slices to it. Season with salt and fry for about 6-8 minutes. First, the liquid will evaporate from the slices, then it will begin to brown. The main thing - do not forget to stir it so that the mushrooms are evenly fried until golden brown.
Wash the fresh herbs, cut the roots from the green onions, and the stems from the parsley. Chop and place in a deep container.
Add sour cream of any fat content, salt and ground black pepper to the container to the chopped greens. Pour in some olive oil and lemon juice if desired, and mix gently.
By this time, the mushrooms will be fried. Turn off the heat and cool them in the cold for about 15-20 minutes, as if you mix hot ingredients with sour cream, then the shelf life of the salad will only be 1-2 hours.
After the specified time, mix the fried mushrooms with sour cream dressing, place in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that they have time to infuse. During this time, the mushrooms will be saturated with onion aroma.
