Apples are best chosen when they are firm and ripe. If you like spicy, then it is permissible to add chili pepper to the dish.

- Apples - 400 Grams
- Onions - 1/2 Pieces
- Raisins - 70 Grams
- Ginger Root - 25 Grams
- Sugar - 50 Grams
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 50 Milliliters
- Cinnamon - 1/3 Teaspoon
- Butter - 25 grams
- Cloves - 2-3 Pieces
- Curry Paste - 1 Teaspoon

How to make Apple Chutney

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in butter until soft.

Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Add to onion, stir. Then add the grated ginger root. Simmer everything together for about 8 minutes.

Then add sugar, vinegar and raisins. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Chop the cloves and cinnamon, add to the apples along with the curry paste. Stir. Simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated, stirring occasionally.
