How to make Lean Squid Salad

Prepare all the ingredients for the salad.

Peel the squid from films, remove the insides and wash thoroughly inside and out.

Then put the squid in boiling water for exactly three minutes and take out.

Cut the cucumber into cubes and place in a salad bowl.

Add the chopped tomato.

Cut the purple onion into half rings.

Cut the chilled boiled squid into strips and put in a salad.
