Preparing a meat salad with mushrooms at home is very simple and quick - it takes 20-30 minutes on the strength, of course, if you prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance. If you wish, you can cook this salad warm - just fry the meat along with mushrooms and onions. Or you can cool the salad in advance and it will have a completely different taste, and I don't even know which I liked better! Experiment!

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces (cooked in their jacket)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Champignons - 250 Grams
- Pickled cucumber - 2-3 pieces
- Boiled meat - 250 grams (pork or beef)
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Meat salad with mushrooms"

Prepare all ingredients. Boil meat in salted water and jacket potatoes until tender.

Cut the mushrooms and onion into cubes and fry until cooked.

Lay the salad in layers, grease each layer with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Put the grated potatoes on a coarse grater in the first layer.

Put the meat cut into small pieces on top.

Grate cucumbers, slightly squeeze them out of moisture and lay out in the next layer.

Top with mushrooms fried with onions. Meat salad with mushrooms is ready. You can decorate the salad to your taste.

I made a net of mayonnaise on top and sprinkled with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
