- Butter - 80 Grams
- Sugar - 90 Grams
- Flour - 100 Grams
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Milk - 70 Milliliters
- Boiling water - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Walnuts - 50 Grams
- Prunes - 50 Grams
- Apple - 2 Pieces (small size)
- Soda - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Autumn Pie"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash the apples. Sift the flour through a sieve.

In a prepared dough bowl, combine soft butter and sugar. Beat them a little with a mixer.

Add milk, egg, and flour and baking soda to the bowl. Mix everything well until smooth and add the required amount of boiling water.

Chop the walnuts with a knife. Pour almost all of the nuts into the dough, leaving a small handful to sprinkle on the top of the pie.

Cover a detachable baking dish (18 cm) with pastry paper. Pour the finished dough into the mold. Spread the prunes over the dough, pressing slightly inward.

Place the sliced apples over the entire surface of the pie and sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Put the pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool slightly.

Transfer the pie to a platter and serve.
