How to cook "Mannik with apples and cottage cheese"

Prepare your ingredients.

Mix semolina and sugar.

Pour in kefir and stir with semolina and sugar.

Leave the semolina to swell in kefir for 25-30 minutes.

Pour the semolina with kefir into a deep bowl, add baking soda and stir.

Beat in a chicken egg and stir.

Stir in the curd and add the apples, cut into small cubes. I advise you to peel the apples.

Add flour and stir the dough, it will turn out to be thick.

Pour the dough into a baking dish.

Bake the manna in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let the manna cool and remove it from the mold.
