- Kefir - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Butter - 150 Grams
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Wheat flour - 250 grams
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to cook "Marble cake on kefir"
Prepare the ingredients for making the cake.
Pour kefir into a bowl. Add baking soda and stir. It is not necessary to extinguish with vinegar since there is acid in kefir.
Whisk kefir with eggs and sugar.
Add melted butter.
Knead the dough to a consistency like thick sour cream.
Divide the dough in two. Add cocoa to one.
Place light and brown dough alternately in a muffin tin.
In this way, lay out all the dough.
In order to get a marble pattern, run a few times with a wooden stick or fork over the dough from bottom to top.
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes until a dry match.
